YAEP 2025 Annual General Meeting

PROXY ATTENDANCE INFORMATION:

Steps to follow (pre-event): Member NOT attending AGM in person should...

1. Register online and forward the generated QR code ticket to your Proxy Holder to present upon entry.

2. Fill in the Proxy Form (reach out to your YAEP School Rep to get one*) .

    Note: White Copy (Member ATTENDING AGM) – Proxy Holder 

                 Pink Copy – Registration Desk

                 Yellow Copy (Member NOT ATTENDING AGM) – Member Copy

Steps to follow (AGM day): Proxy Holder will...

1. Scan the QR code ticket of the member not attending (you can either print the ticket or present the digital version).

2. Submit the Proxy Form (pink copy) to the registration desk.

3. Use/raise the Proxy Voting Card provided or the Proxy Form (white copy) for voting.

*Proxy Forms will be distributed to YAEP School Reps after Spring Break.

MEMBERS TRAVELLING FROM COMMUNITIES:

• Accommodation, mileage, and meals are covered by YAEP Travel Rates Policy.

• Pre-booked rooms (April 25-27, 2025) are available at Yukon Inn. Guaranteed rooms are open till April 1st, book your rooms as early as possible. Accommodation capped at Yukon Inn group rate (subject to availability). When booking, mention group code YAEP5.
